Dicentra 'Valentine'
Common name: Old fashioned Bleeding heart 'Valentine'
Valentine is a new twist to the old-fashioned favorite 'Spectabilis'.
Bright red with a white tip heart-shaped flowers bloom, throughout early spring until early summer.
The flowers are great in fresh bouquets.
The plant usually goes dormant in summer, so planting large-leafed hostas by it will help fill in the gaps.
