Common name: Siberian Iris 'Ruffled Velvet'
Clumps of grass like foliage with deep purple flowers in early to mid summer.
Plant by Lilac 'Miss Kim' and Rose 'Purple Pavement' for a beautiful display of color.
Use in beds and borders. Great cut flowers. Attracts butterflies. Deer resistant.
Can be planted near black walnut trees as they are not effected by juglone.
Exposure: Full sun to part
