The red tart fruit ripens in late June early July.

It is excellent for preserves and pies.

Fruit is firm and juicy.

Vigorous and highly productive.

Birds love the fruit. To deter them use Nylon or cheesecloth netting

draped over the trees as the fruits begin to ripen.
