Buddleia Humdinger® Magenta Munchkin
Common name: Butterfly bush 'Magenta Munchkin'
Striking 7-8" vivid magenta flowers from July through September.
A vigorous multi-stem plant for the perennial border.
Good cut flowers! Attracts butterflies!
Easy to grow and loves full sun.
It flowers on new growth and therefore is best to cut back all of the old wood to about 12" in the spring. This will create a more compact plant.
Buddleia's prefer moist well drained soil with full sun.
Adding some lime to the soil will help to increase new growth.
Exposure: Full sun
