Aruncus Dioicus
Common Name: goat's beard
White fluffy flowers cover this plant from late spring to early summer.
The flowers resemble one of astilbe.
Deer resistant and drought tolerant after its established.
Makes a great choice for a backdrop plant in the shade garden.
Make sure to plan accordingly as this plant will need a lot of space and doesn't transplant well.
