Good resistance to powdery mildew.
Deadheading spent blooms will encourage longer flowering.
Monarda performs best in full sun with well-drained moist soil.
Dry soil promotes powdery mildew.
Provide adequate air circulation by dividing and thinning clumps to help prevent powdery mildew from occurring.
It is one of the tallest varieties out there making it a perfect fit for filling in the middle of the border plantings.
