This coneflower has deeper magenta tones than others.

Birds love the seed heads of this plant so leaving the flower stalks up during the winter will not only add winter interest it will also attract birds to your garden.

Flowers midsummer until mid-fall. Makes a great cut flower. Deer resistant.
