Hibiscus 'Airbrush Effect'
Common name: Rose mallow 'Airbrush Effect'
The name for this plant speaks for itself! The petals colors literally look like they have been spray painted on.
The huge 8" pink with salmon hue flowers bloom in mid summer and last for weeks.
Makes a great focal point in the perennial garden.
It is slow to emerge in spring so be patient. It may not pop out of the ground until June.
Pinch the shoots of young plants in early summer to encourage
branching and more flower stalks to form.
Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Deer resistant.
Hibiscus will perform there best in full sun and moist well drained soil.
