Large coppery orange leaves emerge in spring.
They turn to a deeper purple color as the season progresses.
Cream colored bell shaped flowers appear above the foliage in mid summer.
Remove spent flowers to encourage re-blooming.
Divide clumps every 3-4 years in early spring.
Will thrive in high heat and humidity.
Make sure not to bury the crown when planting.
A great choice for front of the border plantings.
